Algorithms can optimize the pattern, such as through intelligent interpolation algorithms, without changing the original pattern, to enhance the clarity of the pattern. At the same time, the software can also reasonably plan the ink droplet spray path according to the characteristics of the printhead to reduce errors and ensure that the pattern is completely and accurately presented on the T-shirt.
Fabric material is also a factor that cannot be ignored. Cotton fabric is highly absorbent, if not handled properly, the ink droplets are easy to diffuse, affecting the printing accuracy; and some functional fabrics after special treatment, the surface is smoother, can better fix the ink droplets, presenting a clearer pattern. In addition, the texture of the fabric thickness, fiber sparseness, will also have an impact on the printing accuracy. For example, rough textured fabrics may cause uneven distribution of ink droplets, resulting in a lack of clarity around the edges of the pattern.
Routine equipment maintenance and operational practices also affect printing accuracy. Regular cleaning of the printheads to prevent ink residue from clogging the holes ensures that ink droplets are sprayed properly. Correct calibration of printheads and horizontal adjustment of the printing platform can ensure that the ink droplets fall vertically on the fabric to avoid blurring of the pattern due to offset. Operators master the equipment parameter settings and operating procedures, according to different fabrics, patterns to adjust the print mode, is also an important part of the protection of printing accuracy.
