5. 价格限制：经销商有权自行设定零售价和转售价，但其价格不得低于诺财发布的最低零售价。

6. 商业秘密：独家代理商、分销商与 NOVI 之间合作涉及的所有信息，包括但不限于机器参数、价格、销售政策、促销政策、协议等，除向客户展示的销售信息外，均属于双方合作的商业秘密，不得向任何第三方披露。
