Digital T-shirt printing machines are key equipment in the custom clothing industry, and their stable operation directly affects production efficiency and print quality. Proper daily maintenance not only extends the life of the equipment but also reduces losses caused by equipment downtime. The following section introduces practical maintenance methods from multiple perspectives.

Daily cleaning is fundamental. After each workday, the printhead surface must be wiped with a specialized cleaning solution to remove residual ink and prevent drying and clogging. Simultaneously, fabric fibers and dust on the conveyor belt surface should be cleaned to avoid defects during printing. The ink path filter should be disassembled weekly and the filter mesh rinsed with purified water to ensure smooth ink flow. During cleaning, soft, lint-free cloths must be used to prevent scratching of components.

Key components should be inspected regularly. As the core component, the printhead should be inspected monthly to check the ink output status of the nozzles, using a print test strip to determine if there are any clogged nozzles or color deviations. The tension adjustment device of the conveyor belt should be inspected quarterly to ensure it runs smoothly without deviation. Additionally, regularly inspect moving parts such as motor bearings and guide rails, and promptly apply specialized lubricants to reduce mechanical wear.

Consumable management requires attention. Ink must be strictly matched by model and should not be mixed with products from different brands. Unused ink should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry place to prevent degradation. When replacing ink cartridges, air bubbles in the ink tubes must be purged to prevent ink flow interruptions. For equipment left idle for extended periods, an ink circulation program should be executed to prevent ink from solidifying in the pipes.

Environmental control is crucial. The operating environment temperature should be maintained between 18-25°C, with humidity controlled between 40%-60% to prevent moisture-induced circuit short circuits or static interference from dry conditions. Dust-proof equipment should be installed in the workshop to reduce particle buildup on the print head. Additionally, avoid exposure to corrosive gases and strong magnetic fields to prevent damage to electronic components.

Regular calibration ensures accuracy. Monthly calibration of print positioning is required, adjusting the relative positions of the printhead and conveyor belt using test patterns. If color deviations are detected, the color calibration procedure should be re-executed to ensure printing results meet design standards. Before calibration, ensure the equipment is at a stable operating temperature to avoid thermal expansion and contraction affecting accuracy.

By performing the above maintenance tasks, the digital T-shirt printing machine can remain in optimal condition. It is recommended to establish a maintenance log for the equipment, recording the details of each maintenance session and replaced parts, to promptly identify potential issues and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
