Color fixation is typically carried out in a tunnel oven, where precise control of temperature and time is crucial to ensure the colors are fully set without damaging the fabric.

Spraying Softener (Optional): If needed, a softener can be sprayed onto the fabric after printing to improve its hand feel and comfort. This step is optional and depends on the requirements of the final product.

Post-Treatment: Depending on the characteristics of the fabric and ink, additional post-treatment steps—such as steaming, water washing, or soap washing—may be required to ensure print quality and the fabric’s final performance.

The entire process requires strict control of environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, as well as factors like the uniformity of the sizing and the compatibility of the ink, to ensure high-quality and consistent printing results.
