It should be objectively noted that the quality of digital printing is not fixed and can be influenced by ink composition, curing processes, and equipment calibration. If inferior textile inks are used or the curing process is not properly controlled, the bond between the printed layer and the fabric will be weak, and issues such as fading and peeling may still occur after prolonged washing and friction. Additionally, printing on dark fabrics places higher demands on the white ink undercoating process; if the process is not properly calibrated, it may slightly affect the overall color fastness.

Compared to traditional methods, digital T-shirt printing—when performed according to standard operating procedures—offers a more comfortable feel than most conventional printing techniques, and its colorfastness meets the standards for everyday wear.
