Digital Direct-to-Fabric Printer Operation Procedure
Digital Direct-to-Garment Printer Operation Procedure
I. Preparatory Work
Confirm Work Area: Before beginning operation, ensure you have a sufficiently large work area to accommodate both the items to be printed and the digital direct-to-garment printer.
Equipment Inspection: Check that the digital direct-to-garment printer is in good working order, with the power cord intact, to ensure the equipment functions properly.
Prepare Consumables: Gather required ink, printheads, and other supplies, checking expiration dates and performance.
II. Operating Procedure
Mount Printing Material: Secure the item to be printed onto the printer, ensuring it lies flat and remains stationary.
Launch Software: Open the software compatible with the digital direct-to-garment printer and create a new print project.
Import Design: Import the desired print design into the software, making necessary adjustments and optimizations.
Set Parameters: Configure appropriate print settings based on the design and material properties, such as print speed, printhead temperature, and ink type.
Start Printing: After verifying all settings are correct, click the print button.
Monitor the printing process: Continuously observe the device's operational status and print quality during printing. Address any abnormalities promptly.
Clean the printhead: After printing completes, perform a printhead cleaning to prevent ink clogging.
Remove the printed material: Take the printed item off the printer for subsequent processing (e.g., drying, fixing).
