After the paste dries and cures, use a digital inkjet printer to print the color pattern. This method excels in high production efficiency and cost control, making it suitable for large-scale manufacturing. Many athletic brands utilize this approach for dark-colored printed apparel. Note that the paste forms a thin coating on the fabric surface, potentially affecting softness. Subsequent softening treatments are typically required to optimize handfeel.

For fabric selection, common materials like pure cotton, polyester-cotton blends, and denim are compatible, provided the fabric surface is smooth to prevent print precision issues caused by coarse fibers. Post-print curing is critical: professional drying equipment ensures ink full fixation, enhancing wash and abrasion resistance while preventing fading or cracking after laundering.
