Digital T-shirt printing machines are prone to sudden malfunctions during high-intensity production. Quick troubleshooting and resolution can minimize losses. The following provides systematic emergency solutions for common fault types.

Nozzle blockages and ink leaks are the most frequent faults. If the printed pattern shows broken lines or missing color blocks, pause the operation and run the nozzle cleaning program. Test the print after cleaning 2-3 times. If clogging persists, manually disassemble the printhead, soak it in a specialized cleaning solution for 10 minutes (do not touch the nozzle), and use an air pump to gently blow out the ink channels. In case of ink leakage, immediately shut off the power and inspect the seal rings for wear. After replacing damaged components, recalibrate the printhead position to prevent color deviation.

Abnormalities in the transmission system often manifest as fabric feeding stalls or misalignment. In such cases, check the belt tension and adjust it via the control panel to the standard value (typically 3-5N). If the belt edges are worn, shut down the machine to replace them and clean fabric fibers from the rollers. Gear noise may be caused by insufficient lubrication. After powering off, apply specialized gear oil, rotate the drive shaft to eliminate the noise, then restart the machine.

Electrical faults require careful handling. If the equipment suddenly loses power, first check the power outlet and circuit breaker. After confirming normal power supply, inspect the internal fuses and replace them with fuses of the same specification. If the display screen goes black, check if the data cable interface is loose. If there is no response after reinserting it, it may be a mainboard fault. Contact the manufacturer’s after-sales service; do not disassemble the circuit modules yourself.

If there is severe color deviation, first verify that the ink type matches. Mixing inks from different batches may cause color accuracy issues. Next, check the ink cartridge level; if it is below 1/4, refill promptly to prevent air from entering the ink path. Color calibration steps: print a test strip and adjust the CMYK color ratios via software until the color blocks transition smoothly.

When troubleshooting, always follow safety guidelines: Do not touch metal components while the machine is powered on; when repairing circuits, disconnect power for over 30 seconds. Keep cleaning agents away from heat sources and wash hands immediately after use. It is recommended to create a troubleshooting manual, recording each fault type, resolution method, and replaced components to identify patterns and prevent recurrence.

Regular preventive maintenance significantly reduces the likelihood of sudden faults: Clean sensors weekly, inspect circuit connections monthly, and replace wear-prone parts quarterly. When encountering complex faults, take photos of the fault state, contact technical support promptly, and provide detailed information to shorten the repair cycle.

The above covers common sudden fault handling methods for digital T-shirt printing machines. If you encounter other faults not mentioned in actual operation or have questions about certain handling steps, please let me know, and I will provide further clarification.
