The ink adheres delicately and softly, conforming to the fabric’s texture without blocking its natural breathable pores, thereby preserving the garment’s original feel and breathability.

Once printing is complete, the design is stabilized through a color-fixing process. Through this heat-setting procedure, the ink fully bonds with the fabric fibers, enhancing the design’s wash resistance and abrasion resistance. This prevents fading or cracking during daily wear and washing, thereby extending the longevity of the printed design.

Compared to traditional processes, digital direct-to-fabric printing eliminates the need for screen making and color registration, making it suitable for complex designs, gradient colors, and small-batch customization scenarios. Based on the principle of direct-to-fabric printing, the finished prints have a soft feel and fine detail, capable of producing a natural, hand-painted-like texture.
