Business secret: All the information involved in the cooperation between the exclusive agent, distributor and NOVI, including but not limited to machine parameters, price, sales policy, promotion policy, agreement and so on, except the sales information shown to the customers, are all belong to the business secret between two cooperation parties and not be allowed to disclose them to any third party.
